This video exposes the corrupt Dakota County, MN law enforcement officials conspiring efforts to interfere with the civil rights of an innocent traveler. The officials should all be facing criminal charges for their roles in disrupting the life of Mr. Brinson. Instead, they remain in position to abuse the rights of the people that engage in trade and commerce upon the highways in their incorporated territory.

Officer Stoler of the Burnsville PD, who initiated the traffic stop and the assault, was justified in 2016 for using his police issued assault rifle on a man that was seen drinking a beer. Unfortunately, that man did not survive to defend himself in court. R.I.P. Mr. Jamie Lewis.
